Our Story

We are a grassroots, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to creatinga safe, visible, and inclusive community for LGBTQ+ individuals and allies in Ankeny and the surrounding area. Through events, advocacy, and connection, we work to celebrate diversity, uplift voices, and ensure that everyone feels seen, valued, and supported because Pride belongs here, every day of the year.

We recognize that every person deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression. Our goal is to foster understanding, acceptance, and empowerment by sharing knowledge, stories, and resources that promote LGBTQ+ rights and well-being.
